Raise Action Empower Foundation is a development-driven organization working at the intersection of education, competency development, and community empowerment. We are a collective of development practitioners, mentors, and community leaders committed to enabling individuals - especially youth and underserved communities - to recognize their competencies, reduce dependency, and build sustainable pathways for growth.
Our approach goes beyond conventional learning by integrating education with real-world exposure, structured mentoring, and practical skill development. We focus on strengthening awareness, decision-making ability, and confidence so individuals are not only informed but also capable of taking charge of their own progress. By addressing gaps in learning, opportunity, and direction, we support individuals in transforming their potential into meaningful and stable livelihoods.

A message from the founder
At Raise Action Empower Foundation, my belief is simple: every individual deserves the opportunity to recognise their potential, develop their capabilities and build a future with dignity and independence. I have always believed that a person's circumstances should not define their possibilities. What often holds people back is not a lack of potential, but limited access to the right education, guidance, exposure and opportunities.
Coming from a background where opportunities were not always easy to access, and being the first woman in my family to step into the private and social sectors, I understand the importance of breaking barriers and creating pathways for others. With nearly a decade of experience in the education and development sector, I have witnessed how the right guidance, practical learning and encouragement can transform the way individuals see themselves and their future.
This belief shapes the work of RAEF. Through our 3S Model, we focus on building competencies that go beyond conventional education. From skill-based training, career guidance and digital and financial literacy to AI, Ethical AI and emerging learning approaches, we strive to connect knowledge with real-world capabilities. Initiatives such as Skill of Sustainability and Raise AI Saathi reflect our commitment to making education more relevant, inclusive and future-ready.
I believe empowerment is not about creating dependency or simply providing opportunities; it is about building the capabilities and confidence that enable people to make informed choices, overcome challenges and create opportunities of their own. Together with our team, partners and communities, we are working towards a sustainable India where individuals grow with confidence, families progress with dignity and communities become stronger.
Because true empowerment begins when people no longer have to depend on someone else to believe in their own potential.
